There are places where one is undecided whether to feel closer to heaven or to earth: they are the places of the heart. Returning after a year to Borgo Antichi Orti, I found some wonderful news. The new location: the Botanical Lab, a kind of winter garden that opens onto the actual garden where, in a 360° circle, you pass from the Basilica of St Francis to the monastic Hortuli in which Francesco and his colleagues carry out their art and where every kind of vegetable, edible or ornamental plant finds its home. Talk to Francis, he has the wisdom of the old farmer combined with modern dialectics, he is the example of someone who does a job he loves and therefore does not toil a single day, or so wrote Confucius and not Osho! The Locanda, on the other hand, was already there and is the place to eat local products through a food and wine itinerary inspired by the convent and typical Umbrian tradition. The Borgo in essence is a happy intuition that can be used as a luxury residence or a place for everyone where attention to detail and good taste makes every corner a new discovery. A family with children can come here and let them run around in the meadows or play hide-and-seek among the olive trees where you can have a picnic, or take a dip in the pool. Or sit and enjoy a drink skilfully prepared by Mattia lumando le pupe like Snoopy, have dinner listening to good music and savouring traditional dishes or the chef's proposals, take a yoga class, learn how to make a candle, in short, how to fall you fall well. The staff skilfully orchestrated by Giulia is really nice and professionally prepared, I want to mention among others Martin, Verena and Elena with whom I interacted the most. In short, it is a place to see at least once! It is even said that Father Christmas himself used it as a starting point for his tour last year! You know how legends are born! Go and see if it's true.

Our wedding was unique, taken care of in every detail, and our guests are still talking about it even after months. Well-organised structure, versatile in dealing with all the inconveniences that can occur, they manage to get in tune with the bride and groom to the point that one glance is enough to understand if they are satisfied, refinement is the master, everything they offer is encompassed by a profound sense of beauty and elegance, fairytale wedding in all!
