The cuisine revisits the ancient Umbrian tradition based on products from our gardens and offers a highly valuable enogastronomic experience. The wedding banquet is structured in three moments. A dynamic aperitif served as a passing dish, or themed stations with live show cooking, or even a dejeuner sur l'herbe with skewers and grills for a rustic celebration, followed by an informal service with only three courses, an entrée, and two fi rst courses. The placèe service with the main courses expresses the gourmet side of the evening to satisfy the more traditional guests. The cake cutting, a moment of grand spectacle where a multi tiered wedding cake in the Anglo Saxon style is displayed, accompanied by a grand dessert table, small jewels to taste and admire for a sweet happy ending. To conclude the evening, there will be a DJ set, toasts, and a sensational open mixology bar.
